San Mateo Midstream, LLC is a joint venture formed by Matador Resources Company and Five Point Energy to operate and grow midstream assets in the Delaware Basin. San Mateo currently provides natural gas gathering and processing services, produced water gathering and disposal services and crude oil gathering and transportation services in Eddy County, New Mexico and Loving County, Texas. Our strategically located assets allow us to be a leading independent service provider of midstream services to operators in the Delaware Basin. Our affiliation with a significant upstream oil and gas operator provides us a unique understanding of our customer’s midstream needs, and we pride ourselves on providing our customers with creative, efficient and safe midstream solutions.
Natural Gas
Gathering & Processing
We provide natural gas gathering services with approximately 140 miles of natural gas pipelines in Eddy County, New Mexico and Loving County, Texas. In addition, we provide natural gas processing services at our Black River natural gas cryogenic processing plant in Eddy County, New Mexico, which has a designed inlet capacity of 460 MMcf of natural gas per day.
Water
Gathering & Disposal
We provide produced water gathering and disposal services in Eddy County, New Mexico and Loving County, Texas with approximately 105 miles of produced water gathering pipelines and 13 salt water disposal wells and associated facilities with a designed disposal capacity of 335,000 Bbl of water per day.
Oil
Gathering & Transportation
We provide oil gathering and transportation services in Eddy County, New Mexico and Loving County, Texas with three oil central delivery points (CDPs) that collectively have over 100,000 barrels of designed oil throughput capacity and approximately 90 miles of oil gathering and transportation pipelines.
